Welcome to Captures by Kaur. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A photography session is confirmed only after receiving a deposit or full payment.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the session.
  • Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Clients must provide at least 24–48 hours’ notice for rescheduling.
  • Deposits may be transferred to a new date (subject to availability).
  • Failure to attend (no-show) may result in cancellation without refund.

3. Photography Sessions

  • Clients are expected to arrive on time. Late arrival may reduce the session duration.
  • We are not responsible for factors beyond our control (weather conditions, child cooperation, etc.).

4. Delivery of Images

  • Edited images will be delivered within the agreed timeframe.
  • Delivery is typically via an online gallery or downloadable link.
  • RAW or unedited images are not provided.

5. Copyright & Usage

  • All images remain the copyright of Captures by Kaur.
  • Clients are granted a license for personal use only.
  • Commercial use requires prior written permission.

6. Client Usage

Clients may:

  • Share images on social media
  • Print images for personal use

Clients may NOT:

  • Edit, alter, or apply filters to images
  • Sell or use images for commercial purposes without permission

7. Liability

Captures by Kaur is not liable for:

  • Any loss or damage caused by circumstances beyond our control
  • Technical issues, equipment failure, or unforeseen events

In any case, liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services.

8. Website Use

  • All content on this website (images, text, branding) is owned by Captures by Kaur
  • Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated terms.
